By placing an order with labailey, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all products supplied by labailey.

2. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch items within the timeframe stated on the product page. For custom or made-to-order items, delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds (UK Statutory Rights)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Exceptions: Custom-made, personalised, or bespoke 3D printed items are exempt from this return policy unless faulty.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

5. Product Quality & 3D Printing

Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor imperfections or layer lines may be visible on products. These are normal and are not considered defects. We ensure all products meet our high quality standards before shipping.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a product supplied shall not exceed the price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing Law
