Standard items usually dispatch within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items can take up to 7-14 days depending on complexity and print time. All UK orders are shipped via standard delivery (2-3 days transit time).
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are looking into international shipping options for the future.
Unfortunately, custom-made, personalised, or bespoke items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Standard (non-custom) items can be returned within 14 days in their original condition.
We primarily use high-quality PLA (Polylactic Acid) and PETG. PLA is a biodegradable, eco-friendly plastic great for decorative items. PETG offers more durability and heat resistance for functional parts.
